QUINCE SANDWICH

Ingredients:
  • 30 g (approx.) slices of quince.
  • ¼ sliced, peeled apple.
  • Spreadable butter.
  • Cheese of choice (Camembert, Brie, goat, etc.).
  • 2 slices wholemeal bread without crusts.
Preparation:

Toast the slices of bread and spread butter on one side.

On one slice, add a layer of cheese and some small slices of apple.

Then, cover with some pieces of quince and place the other slice of bread on top.

Put it into the oven or microwave for a few seconds to provide the finishing touch for your delicious sandwich.
