QUINCE COCKTAIL WITH CREAM CHEESE AND CRACKERS

Ingredients:
  • 1 tray cream cheese.
  • 200 g Valliser quince cut into cubes (3 mm).
  • 6 crackers.
  • Balsamic vinegar reduction.
  • Ground caramelised almonds.
  • 6 tall shot glasses.
Preparation:

First, beat the cream cheese and insert in a piping bag with a medium nozzle.Put aside outside the fridge.

Cut the quince cubes and put them into the glasses (fill to approx. the halfway point).

Pump the cream cheese through the piping bag onto the cubes. Fill almost to the top of the glass.

Lastly, place a cracker in each glass, drizzle a few drops of balsamic vinegar reduction and top it off with the ground almonds.

Note:

This is a striking, surprising appetiser which will arouse the curiosity of your diners.
