PORK CHOPS WITH SWEET & SOUR QUINCE SAUCE

Ingredients:
  • 100 g Valliser quince.
  • 4 spoonfuls balsamic vinegar.
  • 1 clove garlic.
  • 6 pork chops.
  • Olive oil.
Preparation:

Fry the chops in a pan with the oil and garlic (unpeeled).

Once golden, remove the chops from the pan and keep them on a hot-plate.

Put the quince into the oil in the pan and stir until well mixed. Lastly, add the balsamic vinegar.

Serve the chops with hot sauce drizzled over them, or have the sauce aside.

Note:

The sauce from this recipe goes perfectly with other meats, such as chicken, pork loin and steak, amongst others.
