CRISP, ANCHOVY AND VALLISER QUINCE CANAPÉ

Ingredients:
  • Crisps.
  • Anchovies in vinegar.
  • Valliser quince sliced into long, thin strips.
Preparation:

Open a packet of crisps and choose the largest ones.

Place them on a plate or in a dish. Fill completely.

Next, put an anchovy on each crisp.

Finally, place a strip of quince on top of each anchovy.

Ready to serve and be enjoyed!

Tip:

Optionally, a little olive oil mixed with garlic and parsley could be dribbled over them.
